Upload Your Prescription & Skip the Queue
You can upload your script online & we’ll have it ready for you to pick up conveniently when it suits you! To upload script you can either upload a screenshot of the script in full or the QR code for the script. Please note once the script is uploaded it cannot be used elsewhere. For any urgent matters, please call 02 7257 7085.
Step 1: Fill form & upload prescription.
Step 2: We will contact you to confirm details.
Step 3: Your prescription is ready for pickup.
Your order will be waiting for you in the prescriptions area when you come in store. Please ensure you bring valid ID when you come to Chemist Collective to pick up your prescription. If someone is picking up your order on your behalf, they will be legally required to bring confirmation of your prescription order.
